ESCA

The European Sales Competition Association (ESCA) was founded in 2015 – one year after the first European Sales Competition was held in Belgium. ESCA was established to ensure the continuum and success of the European Sales Competition. ESCA selects the organizer of the coming European Sales Competition during the fall based on applications submitted to the board chairman by the end of October.

ESCA has elected a new Board. It contains sales professionals and sales academics who are focused on its ongoing success. They are Timo Holopainen from Turku University of Applied Science, Finland; Tony Douglas, Sales Consultant, UK; Jeanet Castel, HAN University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands; Johannes Reiterer from University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Austria; Harri Lappalainen from Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland; Alexander C. Bauer and Myra Qiu from Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences with locations in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria; Tuula Ryhänen from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland; Riku Hytänen from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Finland.

The European Sales Competition was founded to strengthen the studies of sales across Europe by bringing the art of sales to be more visible to the public, sharing the best teaching practices and by benchmarking the best universities across Europe.
